• Global cyber security center in Central Africa.
• High school data leakage prevention for Ministry of Education of an EU country.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
• Built partner network in more than 10 countries and increased revenue through partners by at least 100% annually.
• Implemented a new POC model that allowed increasing conversion rate of pilots into closed deals from 3 % to 15%.
• Implemented a new pricing model that enabled user friendly project cost calculation.
• Implemented partner bootcamp trainings and technical/sales readiness evaluation tests.
